Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
SOLUTION:
- It is still possible to use CTRL + C and CTRL + V.
- The trick is to make sure that your mouse cursor is in the right place.
STEPS:
-
- In the default view of the drafts folder, click on the name of the draft email you want to copy. When you do, your mouse cursor goes into the body of the draft, assuming you want to edit the body. That's the problem.
-
- Click the name of the draft email you want to copy a second time. You can't double click too fast, or the draft email opens in a new window, so give it a couple seconds.
-
- CTRL + C
-
- CTRL + V
