I often have to send alot of the same email, but slightly different variations. In the old outlook, I would go to my Drafts and CTRL + C and then CTRL + V to make multiple copies of the same draft email.
I am not able to do this in the New Outlook 365. Is there a workaround or new way to do this?

Please allow CTRL + F to duplicate draft emails as it has done in previous versions, it is an incredibly efficient way to send multiple emails to varying recipients with limited changes.
Please bring back ctrl+F option to save time in the new outlook app! And also bring back the default view to see your unread emails next to your general inbox. Thank you!

As an individual that has to use Outlook for business purposes within an industry that is NOT office focused, forcing these inaccurate and backwards work arounds for something that used to be a simple copy-paste is 100% USELESS.
Not only is this tactic extremely inefficient, it forces otherwise mobile users to resort to desktop usage just to be able to do something as simple as repeat form emails for mass responses and reporting.
Forwarding is NOT duplicating, it is NOT copying, it doesn't carry over recipient emails, and overall turns what should be a simple, straight forward, basic task into an HOUR LONG endeavor just to get the job done right.
If the program doesn't work as needed by its consumer base, it is a BAD PRODUCT and needs to go back to the drawing board until it actually functions like the tool it's supposed to be.
Seriously, the fact that I ended up having to do something like ten different internet searches and still not be able to get the end product I need for my job is infuriating to a degree that verges on homicidal.
FIX IT.
