Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar
I have clients who still have it working, and others with similar systems it is not working.
It started Wednesday at some point and has yet to be corrected.

I am a support consultant for many customers. Getting a bunch of calls this morning (03/21/2024) about Legacy Mac version 16.8x and above not syncing.
If they switch to New Outlook, no issues. Online is also working.
Why would Legacy stop working today for some? Running Mac OS X 13.x and 14.x with same issue.
Please advise.

This is not accurate as I am on 16.82 (Build 24021116) and have the same issue. So you need to expand the impact!
Version 16.83 (24031120) is also not syncing.
Latest Outlook for mac Version 16.83.1 (24031813) already installed,
but not able to sync and update Inbox from outlook.office365.com since March 21, 5:11pm.
Pfft like MS cares. They are rabid about forcing customers to adopt their inferior new version which is a shameless, featureless clone of Apple Mail. It's not a bug it's a feature!
