Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar
After a week of painful no work, it is now working for me since 10.00 CET.

I am a support consultant for many customers. Getting a bunch of calls this morning (03/21/2024) about Legacy Mac version 16.8x and above not syncing.
If they switch to New Outlook, no issues. Online is also working.
Why would Legacy stop working today for some? Running Mac OS X 13.x and 14.x with same issue.
Please advise.

This is not a server issue that needs to be fixed by local IT support / service. Wait for MS to do their job - they broke it, they need to fix your mailbox!
