I am a support consultant for many customers. Getting a bunch of calls this morning (03/21/2024) about Legacy Mac version 16.8x and above not syncing.
If they switch to New Outlook, no issues. Online is also working.
Why would Legacy stop working today for some? Running Mac OS X 13.x and 14.x with same issue.
Please advise.

STILL NOT on my end - same issue impossible to connect - version 16.83.1 (24031813)
Seems to be working again, can anybody validate?
Zero communication on current disruption, missed committement to get this fixed fast, totally not professional. We cannot work with Outlook Legacy on Mac for now 3 days!
Please resolve ASAP, legacy Outllook is the only one that allows to process massive amount of emails
New Outlook lacks of basics capabilities such as: choose columns in mail list, check the "to:" in the mail list, filter or check by "kind:" in order to process all pending calendars at once... etc etc
Currently is still completely unusable.
