Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar
Yep, the legacy versione started to be OK for me here in Italy from Sunday evening.

I am a support consultant for many customers. Getting a bunch of calls this morning (03/21/2024) about Legacy Mac version 16.8x and above not syncing.
If they switch to New Outlook, no issues. Online is also working.
Why would Legacy stop working today for some? Running Mac OS X 13.x and 14.x with same issue.
Please advise.

I updated to Sonoma 14.4.1 but I still have the same problem. IT DOES NOT WORK!
I am on Outlook 16.83.1 (24031813).
Microsoft is really disappointing me. Are they reading these messages?
I tried to switch to the new Outlook, but it does not import the calendar items and contacts. I cannot see the inbox, drafts and sent items. Some people reported that it works with the new Outlook, but it isn't true for me. I am completely stuck since friday.
The problem is still NOT solved for me.

Same here — wasn't working in Monterey (as previously posted) and I now upgraded to Sonoma 14.4.1, and it doesn't matter. Legacy Outlook is still not syncing/connecting.
