I am a support consultant for many customers. Getting a bunch of calls this morning (03/21/2024) about Legacy Mac version 16.8x and above not syncing.
If they switch to New Outlook, no issues. Online is also working.
Why would Legacy stop working today for some? Running Mac OS X 13.x and 14.x with same issue.
Please advise.

Update from Sweden!
One of my colleagues switched back to LEGACY and it works.
In my case, I did remove the account in LEGACY mode and now I'm not able to add it again. So studied 😫
I'm just getting the error message "Unable to add account. Please check your credentials and try again"
Note: I'm trying to add MS365 account.
Still it does not work until thursday at 9.26 CET.
Hope Microsoft does not fall into the 90% syndrome!

Please as they hurry up with the Fix as I need V LEGACY and using suboptimal "NEW " is disrupting my work
Thursday, March 28th . 8:30 am CET: STILL NOT WORKING. In few hours we will celebrate 1 FULL WEEK without LEGACY OUTLOOK connection. STILL NO COMMUNICATION from MICROSOFT.
There is official communication publicly available - see here:

Our fix deployment has reached nearly 95 percent of the affected environment and we're continuing to monitor the process to ensure the progress continues. While there isn't an estimated completion time available yet, we expect that the remaining saturation may take an extended period of time. Next update by:Friday, March 29, 2024 at 2:30 AM GMT+1 //
Seems like we're the 5% missing.
