I'm not seeing the "Read Aloud" option on the "New" version of Outlook. It's not under accessibility settings like the "old" Outlook. Seems like this feature was overlooked.

I rely heavily on the Read Aloud function. Excluding the function from New Outlook means I often write emails in Word, so I can use Word's Read Aloud function. I then copy paste the text into New Outlook. Obviously this is a backward step.
When will Read Aloud be available in New Outlook please?

I need the read aloud feature as it is very helpful for people liuke me who have dodgy vision at best and it's not getting any better. I am able to keep up with work thanks to features like this. An upgrade != loss of important features.

ABSOLUTELY agree. The read-aloud function is essential to help catch errors and mistakes while "drafting a new email". I'm not concerned about reading emails others send my way; I definitely need to ensure my own emails are accurate and professional. The read-aloud function was fantastic for catching typos, grammatical errors, and even improper language usage that are often missed with spell check.
Offering to save my email to drafts and then read it with immersive reader tab is a waste of valuable time.
