I am having the same issue, I cannot sign in even AFTER following all of Microsoft's trouble shooting guide. Because I listened prior and turned on two-factor authentication I am told I cannot be helped!? I have access to all of my authentication avenues, entered the passwords from each, and successfully reset my password. I STILL cannot sign in!! This seems to be a real problem. Microsoft PLEASE HELP!?!?
