    It is until today not not resolved

    There is zero feedback from microsoft, i can give them all the data they asked but no answer

    very frustrating and i am not the only one

    I did not assumed your problem is resolved, i am sure it will be never been resolved, nobody from microsoft will help you with your problem

    i have the same problem my problem is not resolved

    Microsoft is not answering for the problem and there is no helpdesk where you can send your problem

    this chatbox is only been read by customers i think

    Hello

    First i asked a reset of pasword

    I filled in all the questions that they asked about past send emails to who and what subject

    Then you have to wait for a reply of microsoft ,

    The reply was there was to many action on this account and it is blocked

    In Belgium it is very easy to prove your identity via the government app ITS ME but my account remains blocked
