I reset my password but my account still blocked?

I HAVE TRY TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT FOR WEEKS AND IT KEEPS TELLING ME THAT MY ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED EVEN AFTER I HAVE CHANGED MY PASSWORD SUCCESSFULLY

then I reset my password, and when I log in with the new password, the same message comes up again

3. I am able to log into the account via outlook.live.com, but when. I have tried to change my password on that page to fix the problem, but it does not help.

I just responded to the questions you asked, it took me about 2 minutes. Why did you drop the thread and assume my problem was resolved?
