I reset my password but my account still blocked?

Im using outlook. I've changed my password but it still says account is blocked.

blocked because of to many try on password

i reset my password 4x with my phone because i can still read my mails on my phone

other way off login like on my laptop is not possible

My outlook email account & password was successful, however, everytime I go to access my account, it asks me to put in password, so I do and it seems I have to start all over again, i.e., get a code. This is very frustrating!

I've been trying to log into my Microsoft account and every time I reset it, it tells me to verify and after I verify it repeats the cycle saying to reset my password after I put the new password in. And since I've tried more than 3 times my account is now blocked. Can a human call me to help log into my account because I've been trying too.

hi i cant seem to log on my Hotmail account after even changing my password and even get the verification code but the screen it say your account as been locked due to some activity that violates our phone after you entered the code, you can get back into your account can you please help as i cant seem to access my email for the past 4 days
