I reset my password but my account still blocked?

1. I’m using hotmail
2. The error message is a window that says “Can’t connect to the account “Hotmail.” Enter the password for user “******@hotmail.com”. It then has a box for me to enter my password.
3. I am able to log into the account via outlook.live.com, but when. I have tried to change my password on that page to fix the problem, but it does not help.

hi i cant seem to log on my Hotmail account after even changing my password and even get the verification code but the screen it say your account as been locked due to some activity that violates our phone after you entered the code, you can get back into your account can you please help as i cant seem to access my email for the past 4 days

I've been trying to log into my Microsoft account and every time I reset it, it tells me to verify and after I verify it repeats the cycle saying to reset my password after I put the new password in. And since I've tried more than 3 times my account is now blocked. Can a human call me to help log into my account because I've been trying too.
