Hi
I went to use my hotmail account and it is saying it is blocked from too many attempts. So I changed the password but it still keeps coming up with the same message. That it is blocked from too many attempts.

I have been having the same issues, I've reset my password more than 4 times. Ever since I changed phones it kept thinking that I was someone else and every time I try to log in through my phone it keeps saying "sign in is blocked" and that I need to reset my password so I'm stuck in an endless loop.

First i asked a reset of pasword
I filled in all the questions that they asked about past send emails to who and what subject
Then you have to wait for a reply of microsoft ,
The reply was there was to many action on this account and it is blocked
In Belgium it is very easy to prove your identity via the government app ITS ME but my account remains blocked
