hello the same has happened to my account with 6000 points i keep reseting my password but it still wont work

you can join all of us, you will never get a reply from microsoft about this topic

They really dont care about this topic, once you in this situation is it to bad and you will never get acces anymore to your emails, that is the great service from microsoft
