I reset my password but my account still blocked?

I have tried all the above. It tells me my new password was successful but then when I go to sign in it still says I am blocked. The only reason I am signed out is because I upgraded my cellphone then tried to login on my new phone and I have been blocked every since. I waited to get home to try to sign on to a computer that has had this email connected to it before but i am still running into the same problem. I filled out an account recover form a couple days before Christmas even putting in my credit card for verification and it came back as failed. I opened this account so long ago I don't remember my address then cause I was in college. Please advise how to successfully regain access to my account.

• What email domain are you using? ex, Hotmail.com, Live.com, Outlook.com, etc.
• What error message are you getting when you login in your account? please send us a screenshot of the error
• Have you tried logging in your Microsoft account using accounts.microsoft.com website? it NOT YET, try doing so ang let me know if you will get the same error message
• What process did you follow to reset your password?
