Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity

My outlook email account & password was successful, however, everytime I go to access my account, it asks me to put in password, so I do and it seems I have to start all over again, i.e., get a code. This is very frustrating!

Im using outlook. I've changed my password but it still says account is blocked.
I have the same issue as above. I change password and still get that I've tried to sign in too many times and the account is blocked.
