May I know the same function of "edit message" in the New Outlook?

it is coming a year since your post - have they come up with a solution for the edit incoming emails? I really need to update the subject line of incoming emails so they will be easy to find and have the actual subject of the email in the line.
please let us know when we can get this option back, its 1/24/25
You can always switch back to classic Outlook (either with the switch in the upper right corner or through the help menu) to edit the subject and then switch back to the new version (that is what I am doing until they have a real fix).

Unfortunately this doesn't work for group email boxes.
Nope - they haven't even responded. I hope at the very least they put it back on the next update.
