What replaces the "Edit Message" button in the New Outlook?

May I know the same function of "edit message" in the New Outlook?

SS of the classic outlook one is attached.

    I badly need this feature. This is useful when printing an email message (so that we can fit the whole message in fewer pages).

    I also need the feature to RESEND messages.

    Like so many others, my organization uses the Edit Message feature in the old Outlook. Does Microsoft have a User Group that provides input and feedback regarding changes to new versions? I would think that any User Group would have requested that the Edit Message function not be removed. Please return this feature or too many of us will remain on or go back to the old version.
