May I know the same function of "edit message" in the New Outlook?

Oh, I got in the Old MS Outlook and trying to go to New MS Outlook. I'll stay in the Old MS Outlook until the Edit function appears in the New MS Outlook.
So often, the newer versions of any production forget some part of the old functions and we all resent the programmers.

I've been using Outlook (the whole Office suite) for decades. I recall a time when you had complete control over toolbars. That was severely limited in a later version, but easy to adapt to. Until now, it's worked quite well, and I had no problems. The new Outlook is ridiculous; it's like email for dummies.

I know how to do it in 'old' outlook. I want to do it in the new version!
