May I know the same function of "edit message" in the New Outlook?

I don't have that button. Here in Windows 10, with Outlook version 1.2025.527.300, that part of my ribbon looks like this:
I don't know what that icon is that you've circled, but I don't have it. Could you reply with the name of that icon (from when you hover over it)?

I am running Windows 11 and I have the 'Edit' option in Classic Outlook, so it may not be OS version-specific. To my knowledge, nothing special was done, the option is just there.
How did you do that? I had a Microsoft agent try on my new Windows 11 computer. He was able to install the classic version, but it does not have the edit function.

I am running Windows 10 Pro, so maybe that's why I still have it? I guess I won't be upgrading....
On the functions ribbon under "Move" click the drop down to select more actions, you can find edit there.
