Hello Microsoft Team,
Is this a permanent downgrade or is the intent of Microsoft to add this evidently very important feature at some point?
I use this every day. Mostly to document forwarding of the original (purchasing info) along with comments for me on what the purchase was for.
How can you just get rid of stuff like this. Absurd!
I also find this feature useful as the sender does not often use a useful subject heading. I change this to ensure that I know exactly what the email is regarding when looking through a large list of them and prioritising my workload. It's also useful to use as a filing tool so you can group emails and drag and drop them into the correct folder.
I am MAD about not having this edit function in Outlook 11 windows. Why do you take away tools that are super useful!!.

Worst update ever. I hate new outlook and can no longer switch back to classic outlook. Lack of editing is the worst. WHY DO YOU KEEP BREAKING THINGS THAT WORK?????????
