    Dear Iseri B.,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

I understand your concern and you are absolutely right in the classic Outlook this feature will allow you to edit the received emails. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to edit the received emails in the new Outlook for Windows. However, Microsoft is constantly working on improving their products and adding new features. I suggest keeping an eye on the Microsoft Outlook blog or the Microsoft 365 roadmap for any updates on this feature. In the meantime, I do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, if you heavily rely on this feature, you may consider toggling out of the new Outlook for Windows preview for now. I will also update here once I get additional information and the specific timeline for the feature will be added. Appreciate your patience and understanding.

Thank you for your precious time. Have a good day!

    Sincerely,

Yes, I need this also - I remove all the white space & external warnings to fit the message on one page before converting the message to a PDF. Please update ASAP!

This needs to be added back in the New Outlook. I use this quite often as a way to update my email titles so it's easier to spot which emails are most important to a project by glancing at my email list.

Can you please give me an estimate of when this option will become possible again?
