I have all my old Outlook files copied onto disc (.pst) how do I install them onto NEW Outlook, I am migrating from an old Windows 10 computer to a new Windows 11 computer.

I do no know if that would work for Office 365 Outlook and the email uses pop.

If you still have email account on Windows 10 computer, transfer content back to a folder in the primary email account on the cloud.
Windows 11 no longer supports separate pst files.
There is no "File" tab in my new Outlook. How do I import pst files now?
I'm so livid. $250 later and I can't transfer my data. Even Microsoft's own tech support still telling people to find the "files" tab which doesn't exist. Maddening.
I am not sure I understand the replies so I refrase my question. I will move ALL data in my old Classic Outook at my windows 10 to my New Outlook in windows 10. Can I use .pst. I guess i need to change frpm POP3 to SMTP.How do I procede?
