How do I get all my Outlook Files moved over to NEW Outlook (Win 10 to Win 11 Migration)

I have all my old Outlook files copied onto disc (.pst) how do I install them onto NEW Outlook, I am migrating from an old Windows 10 computer to a new Windows 11 computer.

    I have one PC running W7-Pro 64B with MS Outlook 2007.

    I have one PC running W10-Pro 64B without any version of MS Outlook.

    I "need" to move off of the W7 PC to the W10 PC.

    My Outlook Email Files are my greatest concern.

    To migrate my MS Outlook 2007 Email Contacts to the W10 PC, which version of Outlook would make this migration the easiest?

    Once I have that version of Outlook installed on the W10 PC, how do I cause the migration to take place?

    i am same way, no files and no import or export, to me MS has really screwed things up

    After much confusion, frustration and anger, I found by clicking on the tiny arrow to the left of my email address above 'Inbox', all my folders dropped down into place as they were in original version. I do hope this works for you also. This new version of Outlook is a huge backward step by Microsoft. I hate it.

    I totally agree, what is next retena scans. I sure hope MS gets their act together and allow importing just like the other versions.

    Will this be added as a feature or do i have to keep my old pc with win 7 and outlook around to view the pst files.

    I can't believe Microsoft didn't/hasn't implemented this old feature.

    Can I buy standalone outlook that would do this? Is it still around?
