How do I get all my Outlook Files moved over to NEW Outlook (Win 10 to Win 11 Migration)

I have all my old Outlook files copied onto disc (.pst) how do I install them onto NEW Outlook, I am migrating from an old Windows 10 computer to a new Windows 11 computer.

    The old-fashioned way to go about this is to get the Microsoft 365 30-day free trial; it includes Classic Desktop Outlook. Use Outlook to move your .PST data into your Outlook.com mailbox and verify it all gets there, then cancel the subscription before the end of the 30-day trial period.

    This is helpful, thanks. Is there a way to move IMAP emails coming into my other mailboxes to the PST data now stored in my Outlook.com account? As far as I can see I can only store them in subfolders in the mailbox to which the emails have been addressed.

    I'm not sure I understand the question. IMAP account requite their own, separate .OST file to work correctly:

    And what if there is no "File" tab in the New Outlook version. How do I get to the Open and Import function in the new Outlook version?

    Charles, there is no File tab on Outlook New. As it stands, the M365 roadmap calls for .PST file access to be included in the March 2025 timeframe:
