How do I get all my Outlook Files moved over to NEW Outlook (Win 10 to Win 11 Migration)

I have all my old Outlook files copied onto disc (.pst) how do I install them onto NEW Outlook, I am migrating from an old Windows 10 computer to a new Windows 11 computer.

    Thanks for the information. I have now the new Outlook running under Win 11. I have had som problem with syncronizing but one major problem has occuered. Mail in my inbox older than 14 days will automatic be deleted. I have checked with the email provider and they told me it is out of there control.. They responded that it is controlled by Outlook but noone can tell me where in the new outlook I can change it.

    FWIW, Outlook New is NOT a replacement for Classic Outlook and will not be a replacement until at least 2029. Its primary purpose right now is to replace Windows 10/11 Mail and Calendar. There is no NEED to try to migrate data at this time. As I said, you can now open a .PST file in Outlook new. Full functionality for .PST files, according to the roadmap, is likely a year or more away.

    Thank you for the advice. I will continue the struggling to migrate my data frpm Classic Outlook to new Outlook. I thought I could move Classic Outlook irunning under Win 10 to new Outlook running under Win 10. When the migration to Win 11 should be easy.

    FWIW, POP3 is a receiving protocol, and SMTP is a sending protocol, they are opposites. I believe what you want is POP3 to IMAP, both are receiving protocols, IMAP is more advanced than POP3.
