No idea on your situation, but for me I had no issue with the import at all. I just did it via Outlook New. I now can move individual filles from the PST file into Outlook new. Am not able to move folders year to save time. Hopefully that will happen this year. My psr file was created under Office 365.

When I try to import the pst file, new outlook indicates that I need a subscription. I press the add subscription account, input my email address associated with my Microsoft account but I get a message that I cannot use a personal account - must use a student of work account. I have the Office 365 subscription so I don't understand this.

    What do I do?

    Hi Hal,

Thanks for the recommendations. The Swedish version did not look the same as the English. finally I found what you explained and the boax was ticked to 14 days. I hope it will work now. My old PC has Windows 10 and I can not upgrade it to windows 11 so I need to by a new one with Windows 11 but I want it with classic outlook. Is that impossible?

Thanks for a prompt reply. For the moment I do not have access to win 10 and Classic Outlook. Only Win11 and the new outlook and the syncronisation does not work the lastest one is from March 8. As soon as I get home I will try install classic outlook on Win 11.
