I have all my old Outlook files copied onto disc (.pst) how do I install them onto NEW Outlook, I am migrating from an old Windows 10 computer to a new Windows 11 computer.

I have both old Classic Outlook and Outlook New installed on this machine, they both work, there are no send/receive issues with either one of them. Would you please post this(these) error message(s) about Outlook being unable to send/receive please? Thanks!
Hi BarryRoot: I've been in communication with MS help. After a lot of back and forth, they finally advised that for POP3 email systems, Outlook email folders, calendars, etc. (which are .pst files) cannot be transferred over to the new Outlook at the present time. Maybe some "future time"?! Old Outlook Contact lists, in surprising contrast (at least to me), may be transferred over because they are .csv files. I was able to do this step. But I'm not using the new version. It appears that MS dropped the ball when designing the new Outlook. I will stay with the old version until we can't use it any longer.
Having opened new outlook and started using it, I could not see how to transfer folders of previous emails etc from the old outlook; following on from the above answer, the new problem is that when I attempt to open the old outlook (which contains all the historical data I need to refer to), the computer states that it is unable to send/receive any emails from that version now - so old outlook has become just a "archived file" containing historical data only.

My POP3 email acct does not support IMAP. So I can't transfer my extensive email folders (.pst) from my old Outlook to New Outlook Seems that MS dropped the ball here. I'll stick with old Outlook until MS forces me to switch. Dumb, eh?

Hi all. I'm going to unsubscribe to this string. MS is attempting to understand why I have no toggle option to the new Outlook. This is a minor issue. And at this time, it's no concern.
