Morning,
I am in dire need of some assistance here.
My Outlook had now permanently "moved" to the new Outlook.
There is no option to revert back.
The email account I had was a POP account accessing and saving mails to and from a PST file on my Documents.
The new Outlook does not use that PST file anymore.
My hosting of my mails was moved to a new server and I had to change my password for my emails. Now I cannot log in to my mail account on Outlook, and have no access to the old emails.
I am between a rock and a hard place.
I found out accidentally that I can (in a limited fashion) access the Account settings via the Windows Settings - because the New Outlook itself has absolutely no way to provide you access to that. Everytime I open Outlook it, it asks for the mail account password (even though it was set up correctly) and then times out.
Oh and the error I get is so helpful: Session ID 60559c84-5358-054e-8028-8a6bd77c8535, Timestamp: 1722927759033
What can I do?
