How do I get all my Outlook Files moved over to NEW Outlook (Win 10 to Win 11 Migration)

There is no file import on Outlook New, you must use Classic Desktop. In this case, you would attach the .PST file(s) to Classic Outlook, us it to create online folder(s) to hold the .PST data, then use it to import this data into the online folders. Since Outlook New is NOT now and will NOT be a replacement for Classic Desktop until at least 2029, some 5 years hence, AND considering you have a current Office 365 subscription, there is no urgent need to do this import. At some point, Outlook New is slated to support .PST files, but there is no firm timetable for this.

The old-fashioned way to go about this is to get the Microsoft 365 30-day free trial; it includes Classic Desktop Outlook. Use Outlook to move your .PST data into your Outlook.com mailbox and verify it all gets there, then cancel the subscription before the end of the 30-day trial period.

This sounds like a great solution. I have both "new" Outlook and an Office 365 subscription and have installed desktop Outlook and use it everyday. How do you move PST data from desktop Outlook to web based "new" Outlook as you suggest? I don't see a file import or any other way to move the PST data into New Outlook.

Log into https://www.microsoft365.com/ On the Home screen, you should have an Install Apps button which will install Microsoft 365 desktop apps, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Classic Outlook, etc. on your machine.

If you've already done this, you should have two Outlook icons:

Classic Outlook does not have the word (new) after it. If you find this switch turned in either app, turn it OFF.

And how do I get to the classic Outlook view with the file tab and support of pst files? When I log into my new account, I am not seeing that view. Thank you.

If you have a Personal M365 account, it very definitely comes with Classic Desktop Outlook, all you should have to do is install it and set it up. I have the Family M365 subscription and Classic Desktop Outlook, complete with File tab and .PST support is included. Outlook New is an Option but will not be a requirement until 2029, nor will it come with any M365 SKU until that time. I have both apps on my PC, both have their own icons, and both will run at the same time.
