I have all my old Outlook files copied onto disc (.pst) how do I install them onto NEW Outlook, I am migrating from an old Windows 10 computer to a new Windows 11 computer.

You can now open .PST files in Outlook New. They are currently read only and have no access to Contacts, Calendars, etc. For more info, please see Microsoft 365 Roadmap | Microsoft 365
I don't believe we can currently transfer classic Outlook files/folders (pst) from an old pc to a new pc (with new Outlook). Some people have reported that maybe by 2029 MS will get around to doing this. By that time our old pcs will be long recycled.

If I have Clssic outlook loaded onto my Windows 11 computer with all the folders from pst. file loaded on it can I then copy and paste those folders into the New Outlook folders?
