I've switched to the new version of Outlook but autocorrect isn't on and I can't work out how to turn it on. There is no 'file' option in the new version of Outlook which is where it used to be in previous versions.

Found a fix, something Microsoft couldnt even do with their own software apparantly.

Open an email and switch to plain text. then switch back to HTML, and auto correct will begin working like it should be.

    :)

this doesn't the trick for me ;(

You can select under options (when opening a new email) text without layout (small T icon) -this distroys my signature - then click on the T icon again for HTML layout - on my version of Outlook still no view on autocorrect etc...

Agreed. I switched back and forth from plain to html repeatedly but could not find any autocorrect options.
I ran out of time to play with it.
