I've switched to the new version of Outlook but autocorrect isn't on and I can't work out how to turn it on. There is no 'file' option in the new version of Outlook which is where it used to be in previous versions.

I've just found this on v16.91 (MAC) when composing an email which re-enables auto-correct both in settings and in practice for me. Disabling the 'New Editor" looks to be working.

I agree with this request. Where is the option to enter our own commonly misspelled words for autocorrection? My organization has a 36 character name, and communications commonly include names of our partner organizations, which are also lengthy. With Classic Outlook I'd set multiple autocorrections by entering the first 6-7 letters and autocorrect completed the phrase or word. Same for lengthy email addresses. One of my 2 primary email domains has 32 characters (51 characters in the full address), and misspellings cause enormous issues resulting in bounce back errors for our clients. In the New Outlook, users (currently) cannot establish autocorrections of their own, and this has resulted in a large reduction in productivity for me personally, as I receive and send over 200 emails every day. When will users be able to enter their own autocorrections again in New Outlook?

It is not helpful to have options for AutoCorrect within each email. It is unreasonable for me to have to type in all the words that are not in the dictionary that I might accidentally misspell, every time that I start an email. This feature is very important for people who have to type usual names and words that are not in the dictionary. When will the AutoCorrect be added back to Outlook?
