Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar
Hi, Jagdeep Singh Sekhon
Good day!
Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.
According to your description, to alter future meetings without changing the past events in a series of repeated meetings in Outlook for Mac, you can follow these steps:
- Open the series of meetings in your calendar.
- Select the meeting that you want to change.
- Click on the "Edit" button and select "Open Occurrence."
- Make the necessary changes to the meeting occurrence, such as changing the date and time to Tuesday at 9 AM.
- Click "Save & Close" to save the changes to the single occurrence.
- A prompt will appear asking if you want to update the entire series or just that occurrence. Select "Just this one."
- Repeat steps 2-6 for each meeting occurrence that you want to change.
By following these steps, you can ensure that only future events are updated to Tuesday at 9 AM, and the entries of all past events in the calendar remain as Monday at 9 AM.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Hope you all the best!
Sincerely,
Alex | Microsoft Community Moderator.
