Conditional formatting of Calender in new Outlook

Hi,

At my company we have switched to the new Outlook version.
I am now trying to find a way to categorize the outlook calendar in similar way as in previous version. Then I could add contitional formatting on the categories (person, workd ertc) and get a good overview in my calendar.

I can not find this functionality anynore

It is not sufficient to right klick on a meeting and change category manually.

Greatful if you can support in this question, it really helps my efficiency.

    Based on your post regarding with "Conditional formatting of Calender in new Outlook". please follow these steps: Create a new conditional formatting rule

    1. Navigate to Settings > Mail > Conditional Formatting.
    2. Select + Create new conditional formatting rule.
    3. Name your new rule.
    4. Choose your condition(s).
    5. Select the font color for the message list to display. Under Preview, you can an example of how the text will appear.
    6. When you're satisfied with your selection, click OK.

    1. Click Save.

    However, if this feature is not yet available on your side, please wait a little since this feature is not yet fully rolled out,
