I'm hoping someone out there can help me sort this out finally...
Our org has a group of members, all external to our organization (none have an org domain name email), who we all email on a regular basis. I have created a "contact list" through the people tab in Outlook, and added all those contacts to the list. My question is very simple...
How do I share that contact list with my coworkers?

Yeah, come on Microsoft. Are you kidding? This should be one of the most basic functions of email, and no one on your multi-million dollar design team can't bother to do this despite hundreds of your clients asking you to do so? Anyone there????
New Year, same problem. Frankly, it is ridiculous that this hasn't been fixed yet. Microsoft - what gives?
I think this is indicative of large American organisations. They're using their customers to see if we think it works and then ignoring it when it doesn't fit with their view of how offices work. You had a great piece of software now being minimised and ruined by probably younger people who really don't want to think about places that are more traditional and not leading edge. Yep leave us dinosaurs to manage with the mess that office 365 is. Don't even get me started at the online word which is completely unusable for high quality document production.
Still no response, and I found another thread from 2022 that had the same issue. Just like it took them 5 years to fix folders not collapsing after expanding them in the mobile app........at lease they got that fixed late last year.....
Whilst it gets information out it creates more work as someone has to manually put this into their contacts. Might as well take a snip and email it. Another fudge. Microsoft really are doing so badly with the 365. Nothing works, particularly if you manage a number of Executive Diaries and inboxes. You have to switch between the online version and the app to do what you need to.
