sharing contact lists should be easy right?

I'm hoping someone out there can help me sort this out finally...

Our org has a group of members, all external to our organization (none have an org domain name email), who we all email on a regular basis. I have created a "contact list" through the people tab in Outlook, and added all those contacts to the list. My question is very simple...

How do I share that contact list with my coworkers?

    I haven't scrolled through all of the comments here, so I'm not sure if this was ever resolved. In case it's helpful, though, I was just able to share a contact list in Outlook by choosing the "Forward Contact" option after selecting the list I wanted to share (NOT the "Share Contacts" option - I was trying to use that, and ended up here b/c I couldn't make it work). Then, I selected "As an Outlook Contact". This created an email with the contact list as an attachment that I could then forward to colleagues.

    Thank you, Rae! I was able to share my contact list with my manager. It's ridiculous they haven't resolved this issue yet.

    I am not 100% sure if this will work or not, but if you have admin access or know someone with admin access you may be able to use public folders to share contacts between you and your coworkers.

    I can no longer use classic as it can't cope with the number of diaries I manage. So I have to just put up with non-functionality.

    My daughter has been telling me for years to let go of Outlook. Time is getting close. For now, I'm going back to Outlook - Classic. Tired of fooling with this ridiculous junk. Going to start looking for alternatives --- just in case the Classic is indeed allowed to die!
