I am using New Outlook and no longer have the ability when adding or deleting an attendee from a calendar event to only send to those added or deleted. The "Send" button doesn't have a drop down it send to everyone on the list every time a change is made to the attendee list.

It is good to know that this is being worked on. We had to revert to the old version due to this.
This turned into a bigger work item for New Outlook than originally planned so it's taking longer than anticipated. There is no ETA yet but it's actively being worked on.
Has there been a fix to this? I am experiencing the same issue and it is really inconvenient.
I found that by logging into Outlook in a web browser, I have the option of forwarding my own meeting. I am using this as a work around while the issue is addressed.
Can someone please repair this issue. This is getting super annoying!
