Send updates only to added or deleted attendees in new outlook

I agree I feel like this new version has gone backwards!

Any updates on timeframes for this please? Had the same issue today when trying to add one recipient to a meeting - this is so frustrating.

The feature has started rolling out to Targeted Release as explained in the New Outlook updates article, Manage updates in new Outlook for Windows - Microsoft 365 Apps | Microsoft Learn. This means it will be ~30 days before it would get to Standard Release. I have a test account on Targeted Release, but I don't see the feature there yet. If I get any better specifics I will share back.

I tested on the Microsoft tenant, and I see it working there. The way it works is after you add another user to the meeting and click Send it will prompt such as below. It worked correctly for me only sending to the newly added attendees.

Same here. Would love to not notify all guests when one single guest is added or deleted from the invitations. This proves to add confusion to the guests who have already accepted the invite. Please let us know when we can expect this Outlook bug to be fixed. While I appreciate the effort to enhance functionality with new updates, it’s essential to maintain the smooth experience that users were accustomed to when using the old Outlook.

Also having this same issue and would like to be resloved so that emails are not sent to everyone when one person is added to the meeting.
