How do I add a signature to calendar invites in the new updated version of the Outlook app?

You used to be able to simply click a button to add your signature to a calendar invite. However, in the new updated version, it appears that this function is no longer available. The only workaround currently is to manually copy and paste the signature from another email.

Please consider restoring the 'add signature' function for calendar invites.

Agree. Seems like Microsoft rushed through this upgrade process and skipped over seeking the advice of actual users that would provide honest feedback. Any user of Outlook would have given true feedback about keeping this, along with several other functions that were not carried over to the New Outlook.

One other workaround - make a template for your signature. After initial set-up, it is a couple fewer clicks than cutting and pasting. It is still not ideal, though.

In looking at the public-facing M365 roadmap site (Microsoft 365 Roadmap | Microsoft 365), it appears that this signature insert functionality will be coming in the spring of 2025.

I hope this gives some hope for the shared frustration.

It is very strange that you decided to remove the signature from the meeting invites. We constantly have to copy and paste!!! Seriously don't change what is working! You can improve it but not go backwards!@!@
