You used to be able to simply click a button to add your signature to a calendar invite. However, in the new updated version, it appears that this function is no longer available. The only workaround currently is to manually copy and paste the signature from another email.
Please consider restoring the 'add signature' function for calendar invites.

I concur with everyone's frustration. Its just a ridiculous oversight and that one item alone is forcing me to go back to the old outlook.
This is really bad, as I manage multiple diaries and now I have to copy and paste, this in poor form.
I agree. This is a feature I largely use in my meeting invites. Doing a work around is not only more clicks, but a waste of time to constantly do. I also notice I cannot rearrange in the mail section of Outlook the folders I create. I can only merge them inside another. So now I have to look further down vs. keeping the folders I prefer at the top. I am not a huge fan of how everything was reduced to a smaller font or just in general everything is way smaller. I feel lots of things are hidden.
I also do not find helpful in calendar invites that in the Scheduling Assistant that I have to scroll all the way to the bottom just to scroll right or left. If its a large group, I cannot see the top folks times because I have to scroll up and down. Like really????
Editing an invite reminder, Text formatting should not be at the bottom. It's a time waster. I want to be in and out without having to select edit or scrolling all the way to the bottom to edit. Please bring back the floppy disk. The save button is not a save and close. Make it say that so it's clear. There needs to be a save and stay in the invite incase I am trying to save as I modify.
I'm sure I can keep going. This is not easier. Especially if you are seeing this for the first time and having to assume what each new icon that's been redesigned is :( :( :(
I've discovered that the signature option is available but not showing by default within the toolbar. When you create a new event, click on the 3 dots at the end of the toolbar, select "customize toolbar", and drag the signature option to where you'd like it to be placed within the toolbar. Then it can be used to select which signatures you've already set up as before.
I dont have those 3 dots on the toolbar. :( But maybe I just need to update?!
I'll update and report back! Anyone else??
