You used to be able to simply click a button to add your signature to a calendar invite. However, in the new updated version, it appears that this function is no longer available. The only workaround currently is to manually copy and paste the signature from another email.
Please consider restoring the 'add signature' function for calendar invites.

I think this is how MS is treating its paying customers. I need to out of this ecosystem… and fast.
I'm noticing that this response was made in 2023. It's June 2024 now and the insert a signature feature is still non-existing.
When are you expecting to have this back?
Microsoft truly showing it doesn't understand it's users. I agree with folks above. How could UAT let this pass? I also agree that the new meeting invite structure is convoluted, noisy and it used to be much easier to send an invite. Productivity slowed here.
I raised this issue last year, and it is still not being added.
Shocking that such a critical functionality was left out and doesn't seem like Microsoft is attending to it
