You used to be able to simply click a button to add your signature to a calendar invite. However, in the new updated version, it appears that this function is no longer available. The only workaround currently is to manually copy and paste the signature from another email.
Please consider restoring the 'add signature' function for calendar invites.

Microsoft truly showing it doesn't understand it's users. I agree with folks above. How could UAT let this pass? I also agree that the new meeting invite structure is convoluted, noisy and it used to be much easier to send an invite. Productivity slowed here.
I have just wasted 15 mins trying to locate this functionality, and then Google how I can add my email signature in calendar. Super disappointing that you have left this functionality out and very annoying to have to implement a manual workaround for something that used to be possible with a click of a button.
Time to sort this out Microsoft... 9 months is plenty of time to port old functionality into a new platform. For goodness sake, a bun in the oven is born in the time it's taken! Tick tock...
I just want to express how much I absolutely HATE HATE HATE the "new" Outlook. I loved the old product, but you have made life harder...not easier vis-à-vis the lost functionality, unintuitive user interface, ET CETERA, ET CETERA, ET CETERA! I can't believe how much time I have wasted this week trying to use this product. DO BETTER, PLEASE! If I wanted something uninspired, then I would just use gmail!
