How do I add a signature to calendar invites in the new updated version of the Outlook app?

You used to be able to simply click a button to add your signature to a calendar invite. However, in the new updated version, it appears that this function is no longer available. The only workaround currently is to manually copy and paste the signature from another email.

Please consider restoring the 'add signature' function for calendar invites.

    You are absolutely right, the option to add signature to a Calendar invite in the new Outlook it doesn't seem feasible at the moment.

    We do understand your concern here and we apologize if we are not able to meet your requirements at the moment. However, thank you for bringing this to our forum, your concern is very meaningful and reasonable. So, since the New Outlook for windows is still under active development, we will surely raise your concern to our Product Development Team and hopefully this can be included in the future updates. You can also provide your valuable suggestion to Our product development team via in-app feedback site, you can refer to Contact support and provide feedback within the new Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Support. Microsoft is constantly working on improving their products and adding new features, so it's possible that macros may be added in the future. In the meantime, you can continue to use the current version of Outlook (Classic Outlook).

    Why would you intentionally take this option away? This is a simple thing that is very much needed as sometimes our first interaction with clients could be a calendar invite. It makes zero sense that you'd purposefully take this away. I'm stunned that this was actually ok'd.

    Umm this is unacceptable no sig?? Why would anyone want Tot use this, i'll be going back to the old version!

    I am just shocked that MS allowed this to get out the door into the global user community with this and other giant gaps. How could this possibly have passed UAT?

    You need to add the add signature option to invites in the new Outlook. It's crazy that this capability is not there - very unprofessional.
