Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
Hi Rita. I'm sorry your fix didn't work for everyone, but it did work for me. THANKS!

Yesterday my Outlook updated to a new version. The text of the message body is so small it is useless in the preview pane. The subject line font is huge while the message body font is tiny. What do I have to do to make the fonts the same size? I have tried accessibility text font changes that make it worse. I tried large, medium and small in outlook and it has no effect on the message body font. Preview pane image included. Thank you for your support. I have Windows 11.
Regards,
Tim

I had the same problem. I deleted the Microsoft App on my Mac, then downloaded and installed from my Office 365 account. Voilà! Problem solved and a new version on top of it.
My issue is regarding a laptop web browser. None of my other email providers have this problem. I can view it in Edge fine. MS is doing this on purpose so people are forced to use their usage-intensive browser.
I'm having the exact same issue! Zooming in on the web browser does not work well - it makes the rest of the text HUGE while the email reading pane becomes smaller and smaller. The text becomes more legible, but this is a ridiculous "fix." The screenshot example is zoomed in to 175%? Just to become legible text? Whyyyyyy.
Yeah, and the "reading pane" is USELESS!
