Message Body Font in Outlook Suddenly Small

Yesterday my Outlook updated to a new version. The text of the message body is so small it is useless in the preview pane. The subject line font is huge while the message body font is tiny. What do I have to do to make the fonts the same size? I have tried accessibility text font changes that make it worse. I tried large, medium and small in outlook and it has no effect on the message body font. Preview pane image included. Thank you for your support. I have Windows 11.

Regards,

Tim

Hi Lillian - Glad you found a solution to this quite inconvenient sudden tiny font in hotmail. A person recommended a different solution that worked for me. His was to open an email in a separate window. When you do that, a "zoom" option becomes available at the bar above the subject line. This option is not available if you open emails in the same window as the inbox. My magnification had somehow gotten changed to 50%, so I set it back to 100% and all is well. Richard

I found the issue was the system had reset the monitor display setting to 1920 x 1200 because i have high resolution monitors. Changed the setting to a lower setting and the magnification to 125% and it fixed almost everything.

I don't have a "reading pane" that opens when I double-click it...I'm talking about the website, not the app.
