Message Body Font in Outlook Suddenly Small

Yesterday my Outlook updated to a new version. The text of the message body is so small it is useless in the preview pane. The subject line font is huge while the message body font is tiny. What do I have to do to make the fonts the same size? I have tried accessibility text font changes that make it worse. I tried large, medium and small in outlook and it has no effect on the message body font. Preview pane image included. Thank you for your support. I have Windows 11.

Regards,

Tim

I have finally solved this issue. I am using Office 365 on Mac and encountered the same issue. When I click reply or forward from the Outlook App, the content becomes very small and un readable. This is because you had accidentally and permanently made the zoom view very small.

Just press Ctrl and play with your mouse up or down and see the magic.

    Hope this helps.

Microsoft apparently doesn't care. There's a new development, however. When I updated Edge last time, I noticed that it's now happening in Edge, too. They should be spending less time pushing Windows 11 on everyone, and more time fixing things that need to be fixed.

I have the same issue. Using the outlook web browser, the email folders and messages are normal font but when I open an email in the preview the font size is tiny. Using the zoom tool makes everything in the window bigger to where the folders are 150% just to get the email font to a normal size.

    Was there any solution found?

Yeah, and the "reading pane" is USELESS!

I'm having the exact same issue! Zooming in on the web browser does not work well - it makes the rest of the text HUGE while the email reading pane becomes smaller and smaller. The text becomes more legible, but this is a ridiculous "fix." The screenshot example is zoomed in to 175%? Just to become legible text? Whyyyyyy.

Oh my goodness thank you- this should be the first thread that come up when you search?!?!? Mine was set to 70% but previously had been normal so assume at 100% and then randomly got smaller. Changed the zoom and all good🙏

If you meant the font size of your received emails, try using the zoom option on your browser.
