Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
The latest I have is the following:
According to MS, it should be available by mid-May (!), so hopefully within the next few weeks (!).
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Am trying to move multiple emails from one outlook account to another using the new Outlook. File>Export not available. Copy or Move to a different folder in another account not possible (only within the same account). Is there any way to do so?

I switched to the "New Outlook" (for other reasons) a few months ago and this new product does not support moving emails between accounts. As far as I know, the "Classic" Outlook still supports such moves as the previous contributor noted.

Hi DennisPasquali,
Serveral times after numerous pushes by Microsoft for me to to change to the "New" Outlook for Mac I tried it. And each time, after being sorely disappointed I've reverted back to the Classic Outlook for Mac. In general, the "New" Outlook is not just a refresh of the GUI; Microsoft has also tweaked functionality. Unfortunately, the MS development team has omitted functions from the "New" Outlook that were standard for a very long time in the Classic Outlook. Why the MS development team found it so hard to incorporate what already worked into a new version is hard to understand. One function that did not make the transition from "Classic" to "New" was the ability to move (by mouse dragging) an email from one account to another account (folder). For me this was a key workflow feature. Now it doesn't exist. Though MS says they are "working on it". Thanks, but no thanks. Each time I revert back to "Classic" I get a nag screen from MS asking why I've reverted back. Each time I give the above example as well as other things I don't like, such as the circle icons with initials (very distracting), but it would seem there is little interest for them to change (I've been providing the same response for almost a year). As of today, I still do not see the "New" version incorporating the changes I need to make it worth the move.
The best scenario, it would seem, is to ignore any push by MS to change until it is no longer possible to do so.
thank you GN_0110. Your experience echoed mine. Very frustrating that the new version has less features than the old - makes one reluctant to use it.
No worries, DennisPasquali. Thank you for your comment. I agree with you 100%. What is also frustrating is knowing that I am paying for a software subscription which is clearly not ready for prime time. I use better quality apps from small developers who are far more responsive to bug notifications. Actually, I'm not sure this could be categorized as a bug, maybe more of a functionality/work-flow issue. Sometimes the big guys, like MS and Apple, are not the best solution providers, especially since the subscription model doesn't really give much them incentive when the revenue stream is unaffected. As well, the constant nagging from MS to move to the "New" (but not improved) Outlook is annoying since, regardless of my comments when I revert back to the "Classic", Microsoft is deaf to why I prefer the "Classic" version.
Let's hope there's a solution to this issue, which shouldn't have been a problem, in the next iteration of the "New" Outlook.
