how to move emails from one account to another using new Outlook for Windows

Am trying to move multiple emails from one outlook account to another using the new Outlook. File>Export not available. Copy or Move to a different folder in another account not possible (only within the same account). Is there any way to do so?

According to MS, it should be available by mid-May (!), so hopefully within the next few weeks (!).

    I agree with all this, it's madenning not being albe to file emails properly. It just reinforces the point that MS employess dont use their own products. I discovered fromanother formusm that they dont even bother reading these forums, Pah!

    But just so you know, you can now get rid of the circle icons with the initials in.

    Hi DennisPasquali

    Understand that I am user just like you, and only trying to advice/ assist in a best possible way I could. If you can't find the FILE button in the new outlook, you can switch to the classic view on your outlook app by clicking on the Outlook menu, uncheck the new outlook option and click the Revert button, the application will revert to Outlook Classic view.

    If that does not fix the problem, Uninstall outlook if you are using Outlook on the desktop or create a new profile. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-an-outlook-profile-f544c1ba-3352-4b3b-be0b-8d42a540459d In this article, Microsoft has enumerated the steps to create a new profile.

    windows 11 new outlook

    I have switched to the new outlook and have the following problem.

    As already reported I need the ability to copy (drag drop) a email from one account (inbox) to another account(folder). This is a major issue for me as I have 4 accounts.

    I have just installed Thunderbird email client and it is great. It brought in my three gmail accounts, calendars and Contacts very easily and I have now deleted New Outlook as it is a useless program with bugs that Microsoft refuse to fix.

    I thoroughly recommend you download Thunderbird - you will be very pleased.
